It's been about 4 years since we last bought a computer so we figured it was time. On my way to the laptop aisle I passed the video game aisle and heard the familiar Mario Bros. theme tune. It was coming from the demo Wii that some kid was playing and I was instantly persuaded into wanting and buying one. So we walked out of Frys with a laptop, Wii and copy of Super Mario Bros.
The whole family will get enjoyment out of the Wii, especially Wii Sports, even my mom and dad. They tried Little Big Planet on the PS3 last year and weren't too bad at it actually so they should be able to handle this.
I've been pumping less and feeding Alex directly a lot more again which means less time for blogging so lots of photos to share once again. I know Granddad and Grandma in England appreciate these especially. Sometimes we have Skype sessions with them and just point the webcam down at Alex and we all watch him sleep.
Here are some random photos taken over the past few days
Alex at Quiznos. He does actually resemble a toasty sub from time to time.
A couple more shots from his one month milestone
Trying on Daddy's sunglasses. Unfortunately Daddy's face is too big.
Lunch time
I had to take this photo to show how Californian Matt has become. Here he is with his baseball cap, Hollister t-shirt, flip flops (which you can't see) eating a BURRITO, CHIPS and SALSA for dinner. If you knew pre-moving-to-America Matt then you understand how shocking it is to have Matt and salsa in the same sentence.
We took Alex to JCPenney to get some professional photos taken. We had a coupon which was why we really went. Alex is still pretty young so we weren't expecting much and good thing too. He didn't really like being there. We did get one good shot out of about 10 and will pick it up next week. Here's us after Alex's modeling session.
After the pictures, we all went across the street to Macaroni Grill.
Here's Auntie Bijal and Alex. Taken right after we got home from lunch.
One of my favorite expressions. Pained.
We got a delivery. A present from the Buhagiars. Think he'll be wearing this when we visit the beach in a few weeks. His first sun hat!
Here's Daddy and Alex setting up the new laptop. Alex's is pontificating about Windows 7. He's still not sure if he likes it.
I would add photos of Mau but she's taken to hiding under our bed lately. Feeling a little antisocial I guess.
