I was intending on knitting a baby blanket that I kept putting off. I figured I only had 4 weeks until my due date so I better start it asap! So, Saturday night after dinner, Matt and I plopped down on the couch to watch some TV while I started my project. I sneezed and felt a little leak but at this point of the pregnancy figured maybe a little bit of a loose bladder issue. Decided to go the bathroom and had more of a gush but still wasn't sure. I decided to call Kaiser hospital just to double check. While I was on hold my water totally broke. There was no doubt in my mind. They told me no need to rush in so I hopped in the shower while Matt got the bags in the car. Thankfully we were 95% packed. My parents were in Fremont at a friends and Bijal was in San Francisco so I told them to not rush home quite yet because I wasn't sure but just a heads up. Of course they rushed home lol!

My Water Broke!
This is me right before my water broke. Little did I know I was about to pop! I was feeling rather big so I asked Matt to take a quick photo so I could upload it to Facebook later.
